Good service and Quick respons

I have written five times to cancel the order and it was sent to me anyway. I returned the product and it was just resent to me.

Great service. Bought 2 x Camelbak Stoway 3L insulated hydration packs and the price was the best online including delivery. Order arrived within a few days of ordering. Existing customer so will use again. Buy with confidence.

Pretty slow delivery and expensive shipping cost but that is whatever the problem is that the product was damaged and the experience following that is just a hassle.

They want me to take five pictures of the product and one picture of the serial number on the product box and then i have to wait for a return label on the website that i have to print out myself and tape it on the box then ship it back and i have to pay for the return myself and it says that the whole process can take over 21 days "up to 21 days plus up to another 72 hours" and once they checked everything and confirmed it was damaged they will pay me back for the shipping and product cost.

Why is this necessary? the pictures shows that the product is damaged why not just send me a new one? the product box seems to have been opened before as well which makes me think that they want products returned to just sell them over again to someone else even though it is broken.

Items didn’t arrive by estimated delivery date. I have tried contacting the seller several times but haven’t received a reply. On their website delivery date shown is 01/01/1970.

Good price for the boots I bought, was a little wary of purchasing from the EU. As some items I have bought in the past I have then been hit with customs charges.
All went well, took about 2 weeks to arrive though.

First time dealing with this company really good delivery time was good as well would use again
